"I think, therefore, I am."
While this phrase from Descartes is generally accepted, look at it from a different point of view:
You have a mind that “thinks,” meaning it belongs to you. Therefore, you existed before the Ego was created.
You don’t need to “think” to exist.
You already Are, and the rest is a journey of self-discovery.
